These terms cover ordering on this website from BuzzMart, Satsuma Express and Summit Express (“BuzzMart,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Menu, prices and availability
Each store sets its own menu, prices and hours, so what you see depends on the store you pick. Prices and items can change without notice, and an item can sell out after you add it to your cart. The total you see at checkout, including tax and any delivery fee, is the price you pay. If something on your order isn’t available once the store starts on it, the store will contact you, and you won’t be charged for anything you don’t receive.
Your order
Your order is prepared by the store you selected, and that store is responsible for it. Please check your order, store and time before you place it. Make sure your email and mobile number are correct so the store can reach you.
Pickup, curbside and delivery times are estimates. We do our best to have every order ready on time, but busy periods, weather and traffic can cause delays. Delivery is available only within each store’s delivery area, and any delivery fee is shown before you pay.
Payment
Orders are paid online when you place them, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The store starts on your order once it’s paid. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Tips you add go to that order.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Orders can’t be changed or canceled from the website once placed. If you need to change or cancel, contact the store making your order (in person, or through our contact page) as soon as possible and give them your order number. We can usually help if the kitchen hasn’t started on it yet. Once food is being prepared, we may not be able to cancel.
If something is wrong with your order, contact the store the same day and we’ll make it right. Refunds for orders paid online go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, a refund can take several business days to appear.
Promo codes and deals
- One promo code per order, unless the offer says otherwise.
- Promo codes and deals have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.
- Offers may be limited to certain stores, items, order types or times, and not every store takes part in every deal.
- We can change or end any offer at any time. If an offer is printed or posted with its own terms, those terms apply too.
- We may cancel discounts obtained through error, misuse or fraud.
Age-restricted products
Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, lottery and other age-restricted products are not sold through this website. Please buy them in person at the store, where ID is checked as required by law.
Allergens
Our kitchens handle common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy and others, and food is prepared on shared equipment. We can’t guarantee any item is free of an allergen. If you have a food allergy, ask the store before you order and use the kitchen note to tell us, but please decide for yourself whether an item is safe for you.
Trademarks
Hunt Brothers® Pizza and Krispy Krunchy® Chicken are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under license by our stores. BuzzMart, Satsuma Express and Summit Express names and logos belong to us. Please don’t use them without our permission.
Using the site
Please use this site only to order for yourself or people you’re ordering for. Don’t try to interfere with it, place fake orders, or use someone else’s account or payment card. We may refuse or cancel orders, or close accounts, that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
